    I have been around motorcycles my whole life. I started riding at age 10. I worked in a Harley dealership in the early 1980's during the transition from AMF ownership to independent company. My point is that I have been around a lot of aftermarket stuff. Good stuff with bad service, bad stuff with bad service, and in rare cases , a company like yours. Good stuff with good service . "The stickers arrived today and look great.  I can't thank ya'll enough for the time and care you took with me. Here is what I posted on some message boards:  "I wanted to add some visibility to my Icon Motorhead jacket and X11 helmet. I ordered some reflective vinyl stickers for the helmet on 2/20 and sew on reflective patches for the jacket on 2/23.   The patches arrived on Sat. but no stickers.  I emailed Nightfire regarding the issue and they promptly replied stating that there was a slight delay in mailing the vinyls but they had included some extra stickers for the delay.  Well, sure enough, I get my stickers today with a note apologizing for the delay.  That would mean that they had already made the correction prior to my email.  As everyone is aware, I am very critical of products and service but Nightfire has well exceeded any expectations I would have had on a small ticket such as mine.  If you are looking for some added visibility with the “cool factor” included, take a look at www.nightfirepatches.com"   Keep up the good work,"
